WestMap was developed through collaboration between the University of Arizona, the Western Regional Climate Center/Desert Research Institute, and the PRISM Climate Group at Oregon State University. WestMap was created via NOAA grant (NA05 OAR4311141). The lead PIs were Andrew Comrie and Mary Glueck from the University of Arizona, and Kelly Redmond from DRI/WRCC. Technical development also included Hauss Reinbold and John Abatzoglou from the University of Idaho, as well as invaluable collaboration from Chris Daly, developer of PRISM at Oregon State University.
